Join our dynamic support network team in West Australia. We seek dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Workers, both new and experienced, to positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities.
The positions available are on a casual basis with immediate start options (pending all compliance requirements). However, there’s potential for conversion to permanent part-time roles.
Candidate Profile
We welcome candidates with diverse skill levels and experience. To excel in this role, you should ideally exhibit:
- Passion for assisting individuals with various disabilities
- Dedication to family and person-centred methodologies, promoting community inclusion and participation
- Capacity to foster and maintain cordial relationships within a team setting
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Aptitude for prioritisation, performing under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- Availability to work 9.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday

Minimum Requirements

- Background checks (i.e. criminal, children care, mental health)
- A current resume including your qualifications and experience
- NDIS worker screening check
Qualifications
- Home and Community Care Certificate (or equivalent)
- Personal Care Certificate III or higher in Aged or Disability
- Respite Care Certificate III or higher in Aged or Disability or equivalent
- In-Home Companions Certificate III or higher in Aged or Disability or equivalent
- Palliative care (Registered Division 1 Nurse)
- Community nursing care (Registered Division 1 Nurse)
- Babysitters (Nanny or Certificate III or higher in Childcare or equivalent)
- Pet care
